Supported the product with heuristic evaluations and UX reviews of arrival and departure display configurations. Documented usability gaps, clarified confusing terminology, and helped teams prioritise improvements. Contributed to bringing the screens closer to SITA’s design system standards while keeping accessibility and operational constraints in mind.
Worked across emerging operational features such as de-icing workflows, DMAN updates, runway rule logic, and new operational screens. Collaboration with PMs, developers, and airport stakeholders helped shape features that support smoother airport operations. The focus remained on simplifying complex operational data and validating designs with customers regularly.
Contributed to enhancing mobile baggage-management flows by reviewing usability gaps and optimising steps for field staff working under time pressure. Efforts included refining interactions, improving readability in outdoor environments, and aligning the tablet experience with the updated SITA design system.
